We do not manufacture phone cards. we resell reliable high quality prepaid phone cards and toys at lowest prices possible. We do our best in selecting the best cards for our customers. We have no control over the rate changes or quality of connections.

Ordering

Ordering toys and baby products: If you request to ship the address other than your billing address, we will call you to verify the order is placed by the card holder.
Ordering phone cards: The first-time customers' orders are subject to approval by alwaysgoodphonecard.com representative. A representative from Always Good Phone Card ( http://alwaysgoodphonecard.com ) will call you within business hours shortly after we received your first order. In order to speed up your first order, please provide your credit card's customer service number. If you place an order with a free email account, that will delay approval process and delay phone card PIN delivery. Shortly after your order is approved, we will e-mail the toll free access number, customer service number and the PIN number. Future orders will be shipped without approval process.
We do not accept international orders and non-USA international credit /debit cards.

Shipping

Standard Ground Shipping (for toys & other products orders): There will be flat rate shipping fee $9.95 for standard ground shipping. ( except Hawaii, Alaska) .

Sales Tax

If you are a New York State resident, an 8.50% sales tax will be added to the order.

Return Policy

Video games and softwares must be returned unopened in original package with UPC bar codes withing 7 days of delivery. Toy train set and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping fee and original shipping fee. We will give you refund (less our original shipping fee) immediately after we receive your return merchandise. If you are qualify for free shipping for your original order and you would like to return something, you will be charged for shipping fee based on your remaining order amount. Phone card PIN numbers delivered to the customer via e-mail are not refundable or exchangeable. The physical phone cards, which are shipped, can be returned within 30 days if unscratched and PIN number is not displayed.
We have no control over the rate changes or quality of connections of prepaid phone cards. If you have any problem with a phone card's connection or charges, call the customer service number listed in your phone card info page or in your e-mail delivery. Customer Service should be able to resolve your problems. If the phone card's customer service cannot resolve your problem, please e-mail us and we'll make every attempt to make it right . Your satisfaction is our first priority.
If you lost your PIN number, email us and we will give it to you again. How to return an item: 1. You must get Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA #) before you send back any item for return or exchange. Please email us to request a RMA # . In the email, you must include your order #, name of the items, number of items you would like to return and reason for return/exchange.
2. Wrap the package securely. Make sure to include the packing slip in your shipment. If possible, use the original packing material.
3. We recommend that you send your return or exchange using insured, trackable carrier.
4. Return or exchange items must arrive in original condition and original packaging.
5. We will not accept any return or exchange item more than 30 days after delivery or items that are not in their new original condition and original packaging.
6. We will not refund your original shipping cost unless the return is a result of our mistake.
7. you are also responsible for shipping cost for the return/exchange to send back to us.
8. As soon as we receive your return/exchange item we will email you.
9. If you request refund, we will credit your refund ( minus shipping fee and gigt wrapping fee if applied ) to your credit card, which you used for your purchase.
10. If you are exchanging merchandise, you will have to pay for another shipping cost for exchanged item send to you.
11. You will not get refund or exchange if the item you send back is not in new original condition.
12. If you change your mind after you place an order, you can cancel your order until we ship it. Once we ship your order, you are responsible for our shipping fee and 15% restocking fee if you refuse a shipped order. Please make sure to email us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.
